Throughout the process, we will stay connected and communicate through platforms like email and WhatsApp, so you can freely ask questions or seek clarification.
After you receive your programs, you will have a designated day of the week to update your check-ins and send them to me via email.
I will provide you with a google drive link to update progress pictures and a google sheet that tracks bio-feedback markers as well as your weight, weekly measurements, and activity levels.
Typically, updates are sent once per week. If you are a competitor in prep, the frequency of updates will increase as you get closer to your show date.
If you have a question throughout the week about your program, you have the option to utilize Whatsapp to address them.
At the moment, no. However, I can meet with local competitors at a local gym for in person check-ins and posing sessions.
Yes. Currently there are no other coaches on the team. I provide all nutritional guidance, training programs, supplement suggestions, and lab work analysis.
There are currently two payment options-monthly payment subscription through Stripe or a 3-month paid in full option that can be made through Paypal, Venmo, or Cashapp.
While I don’t offer specific guarantees or refunds, I am committed to working closely with my clients to ensure they receive the support and guidance they need to achieve their goals.
